Fees: one flat 0.5%, already inside the price
There is a single service fee on this desk: 0.5% of the amount you send, on every pair and at every size. It is deducted before the receive amount is shown to you, so the number on the order page is what actually arrives — not a headline rate with a charge bolted on afterwards.
Worked example
Say the desk rate for BTC → ETH is 34.09 and you send 0.5 BTC. This is exactly how the order page calculates what you receive:
The arithmetic is 0.5 × 34.09 × (1 − 0.005) = 16.9598. Nothing else is added later: no percentage taken off the receive amount at settlement, no separate withdrawal charge, no account fee.

What is not a fee here
| Charge | On this desk |
|---|---|
| Account / registration | None — there is no account to open |
| Identity verification | None — no KYC at any size |
| Deposit fee | None — you only pay your own network fee, as with any on-chain transfer |
| Withdrawal / payout fee | None — the desk covers the outgoing network fee |
| Spread added after the quote | None — the rate on the order page is the rate applied |
| Inactivity, custody or storage | None — no accounts, no custody, no interest products |
Large orders
Amounts above a pair's on-site maximum are handled as large orders: the desk quotes a bespoke fixed price for your size and can stage settlement so the full amount does not hit the market at once. The 0.5% service fee still applies as the platform charge — the difference is that the rate is negotiated for size rather than taken from the on-site table.
Fees — the questions people ask
What is the fee for a swap?
A flat 0.5% service fee on the amount you send, on every pair and at every size. It is already deducted from the receive amount shown before you start the order, so there is no second charge.
Are there deposit or withdrawal fees?
No. There is no separate deposit fee, no withdrawal fee and no account or processing charge. The only platform charge is the 0.5% service fee.
Who pays the network fee?
The desk covers the outgoing network fee when the swapped coins are sent to your address. You pay the normal network fee on your own deposit, as with any on-chain transfer.
Does the fee change for large orders?
Large orders above the on-site pair maximum are quoted individually with a fixed price agreed upfront, so the rate you are offered is the rate you get for the whole settlement.
Is the rate fixed once the order is created?
Yes. The rate, the fee and the exact receive amount are locked when the order is created and held for the order window shown on your order page.
How does this compare with a mainstream exchange?
Mainstream platforms typically require an account and full identity verification before you can convert anything, and charge a trading fee plus a spread that is rarely published for a specific trade. Here there is no account, no verification and one published fee — 0.5% — applied to the rate you are shown.
